CHAKRA AND AURA

Chakra and aura are metaphysical concepts that are considered energy centers and energy fields.

  1. Chakra: Chakra is a Sanskrit term meaning “wheel” or “disc”. Chakras are circular energy centers located at certain points in the body and balancing the energy flow. Traditionally, in Hindu and some Eastern philosophies, the chakra system consists of centers in the human body that are considered to be the seven main chakras. Each chakra represents a different energy frequency associated with bodily, emotional, mental and spiritual health. The chakra system helps maintain a healthy life with the energy flow being smooth and balanced.
  2. Aura: Aura refers to the energy field that radiates around a person’s body. Aura consists of electromagnetic energy and reflects the body, mind and mood of the person. Each individual has a unique aura around them and can vary in colours, patterns and intensities. Aura can reflect a person’s emotional state, energy levels, spiritual growth, and health. The aura field works with the chakras and energy meridians to help one achieve energy balance and well-being.

Both chakra and aura concepts have an important place due to their metaphysical and spiritual beliefs. It is used in areas such as chakra and aura work, energy balancing, healing, meditation, yoga and spiritual development. These concepts help people to better understand themselves, achieve energy balance and increase inner harmony. However, studies on chakra and aura topics are often not supported by scientific evidence and are based on experiences that vary from person to person.
